Everyday athletes are jumping higher, running further, faster, gaining power and speed in their chosen sport. Pro athletes have a large team of trainers and specialists at their disposal to ensure the body is maintained at peak performance. Multiple people are constantly assessing their every move to discover ways to increase power, gain flexibility, prevent injury and support weaknesses.

Train the Trainer:
Single or multiple day audits to determine areas of training that are potential hazards. Athletes and coaches will be observed during training's and/or events to watch for things that can lead to injury. Dr. Jenn will look for:
Special attention will be paid to the way the coach cues body movements as a group. Often injuries will be repeated throughout team members as a result of a simple cueing oversight.
The trainers will be trained on how to guide the athlete to support the body to avoid injury. Exercises and stretching techniques that increase flexibility and stamina will be taught. Along with self-massage techniques for sore, tired and injured muscles.
Individual attention can be included where extra attention will be given to particular athletes to watch
